Our open water swimming sessions are fully supervised by qualified personal trainers (PTs) and lifeguards to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants. With expert guidance and attentive supervision, you can swim with confidence knowing that you're in capable hands. We adhere to strict safety protocols and provide comprehensive safety briefings before each session, so you can focus on your fitness goals while we take care of your well-being. You will be required to fill out a questionnaire and disclaimer prior to being allowed to attend our site and sessions (to be completed and renewed yearly). What's included: When you purchase this plan, you'll gain access to our open water swim induction, a comprehensive session designed to familiarize you with the unique aspects of open water swimming. Led by our experienced instructors, the induction typically lasts around 1 hour and takes place exclusively in the lake. Please note that this plan does not include access to any of our additional services such as sauna experiences or group coaching sessions.
