In this workshop we are weaving together the elemental power of water and fire to alchemise them in our bodies through a cold swim followed by a sauna and spiritual heat created by the fire and drumming. A transformative 40-minute immersion designed to break through stagnant emotional patterns using the “Clash of elements”. Participants will use fresh water to cleanse the old energetic “skin” a sacred foe to transmute remaining blockages into personal power.
