Hi, my name is Hazel Fulker and I started Hotroxx coaching with the intent to spread my knowledge of fitness to everyone no matter the capacity of the individual. Being ex-forces and suffering from numerous accidents myself, I have first hand experience and understand the mental strength and physical determination it takes to get back up and carry on.
