Service Description
This course is a must to help you enjoy and understand to prepare you physically/mentally and kit information for the lower temps in open water. This course incl advice,coaching,kit advice,sauna use and swim/dip time and the lake introduction.It takes couple of hours but sometimes will split and do some when your next back so I can concentrate on your progress.
