Join us for an open water swim induction and a free sauna ( 15min)amidst the captivating beauty of Loddington Farm Reservoir. This induction is COMPULSORY for all current and or new swimmers now embarking on swimming for the first time. With our professional guidance and support, we'll ensure a safe and enjoyable experience as you learn the basics of open swimming. Our induction course will help you build confidence and develop your skills, setting you on the path for successful open water swims in the future. Our open water swimming sessions are fully supervised by qualified personal trainers (PTs) and lifeguards to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants. With expert guidance and attentive supervision, you can swim with confidence knowing that you're in capable hands. We adhere to strict safety protocols and provide comprehensive safety briefings before each session, so you can focus on your fitness goals while we take care of your well-being. You should have been requested to complete a questionnaire and disclaimer on sign up, you will need to have completed this prior to being allowed into the water, (to be completed and renewed yearly). You will then on arrival also need to completed our open water induction (based on your competency and experience). (Tow Floats are a requirement). Please where possible bring your own. We do have some for sale.
