Located in the peaceful countryside, our sauna provides the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Take a moment to kick back and unwind while enjoying the calming effects of the heat. Our sauna is the perfect way to round out any workout, or to simply take a break from the stresses of the day. Come and let us help you achieve total relaxation. Health & Safety: At Hot Roxx Fitness, your safety is our top priority. We adhere to strict safety protocols and provide comprehensive safety briefings before each session - to which you will need to agree to before your session starts. You should have been requested to complete a questionnaire and disclaimer on sign up, you will need to have completed this prior to being allowed to attend our site and sessions, (to be completed and renewed yearly). You will be briefed on using the sauna and entering the water on arrival. What's included: When you purchase this plan, you'll gain access to our Quiet Country Sauna service and also the option of lake dipping during the 1hr Sauna experience if you so wish. Please note that this session is shared with up to 8 people and this plan does not include access to any of our additional services such as; private sauna experiences, single swimming, group swimming or group coaching sessions.
