Description: Join us for a refreshing and invigorating individual or group lake swim at Loddington Farm Reservoir with our professional staff at Hot Roxx Coaching. This 1 hour swim will fully energise you, all while taking in the beautiful scenery. Whether you are looking to swim alone and at your pace, or interact with a group of like minded swimmers, its entirely up to you. This is the perfect option to just swim your way, push yourself with a challenge or chat and relax with friends. With tailored support on hand we can suit your needs, so don't miss out on this opportunity to get fit and have fun in a stunning setting. Health & Safety: At Hot Roxx Fitness, your safety is our top priority. Our open water swimming sessions are fully supervised by qualified personal trainers (PTs) and lifeguards to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants. With expert guidance and attentive supervision, you can swim with confidence knowing that you're in capable hands. We adhere to strict safety protocols and provide comprehensive safety briefings before each session, so you can focus on your fitness goals while we take care of your well-being. You will be required to fill out a questionnaire and disclaimer prior to being allowed to attend our site and sessions (to be completed and renewed yearly). What's included: When you purchase this plan, you'll gain access to our Individual or group lake swim class, this is a comprehensive swim session which you can undertake individually or as part of a group, designed to enhance your skills in open water swimming. Led by our experienced instructors, the session lasts 1 hour and takes place exclusively in the lake. Please note that this plan does not include access to any of our additional services such as sauna experiences or other specific coaching sessions.
