Health & Safety: At Hot Roxx Fitness, your safety is our top priority. Our open water swimming sessions are fully supervised by qualified personal trainers (PTs) and lifeguards to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants. (Tow Floats are a requirement). Please where possible bring your own. we do have some for sale. With expert guidance and attentive supervision, you can swim with confidence knowing that you're in capable hands. We adhere to strict safety protocols and provide comprehensive safety briefings before each session, so you can focus on your fitness goals while we take care of your well-being. You will be required to fill out a questionnaire and disclaimer prior to being allowed to attend our site and sessions (to be completed and renewed yearly). What's included: When you purchase this Swim & Sauna Experience plan, you'll enjoy a tailored session designed to invigorate your body and soothe your soul. Your session begins with a revitalizing 40-minute swim in the pristine waters of Loddington Reservoir, surrounded by the breath-taking beauty of nature. Following your swim, you'll have shared access to our wood-burning sauna for a comforting 20-minute session. Please note that this plan does not include access to any of our additional services such as private sauna experiences or group coaching/ swim sessions.
